The Actuarial Team

Our Actuarial Team is comprised of 16 highly experienced market specialists who recruit solely in the actuarial sector. Each consultant is dedicated to building relationships with candidates and clients in one of our core sectors – Life Insurance, Non-Life, Health, Pensions Consulting and Investment Consulting. We also have specialist teams recruiting for Actuarial Contractors, as well as placing Actuaries in France and New York.

 

A key difference between us and our competitors is our approach to relationship management with both clients and candidates. We have been recruiting Actuaries since 2004, so truly understand the challenges of recruiting in a very small, highly skilled and close-knit community. We treat every client and candidate as we would like to be treated ourselves – by building open, honest relationships and favouring long-term partnerships over quick wins. We save our clients time and effort by only sending the very best, most relevant CV's to each position. We take the time to get to know everyone we work with in order to match personality, cultural and aspirational qualities rather than simply technical experience.
